About
During the time I was looking for inspiration to make Progress Bars, Oceannist's progress bars caught my eye. They were simple and easy so I recreated my own. But upon browsing her profile it seemed that her request box is closed and below were a lot of unfinished request or requests that were submitted while the requests were closed. 

So on a whim, I decided to get all those requests out of the way. Though these progress bars I've made aren't as good as the original; they will have to do.

The Request(s)
User: Mifuu
• Color: The colors are on the sample I provided, but otherwise something close to a gradient from #FFFFBB to #99FF00 (or close to those hues)
• Border color: Something close or similar to #00FF00 with a glow to it using #99FF00
• Other: I was wondering if it was possible for the progress bar to have a flower at its end. Actually, here is a simple drawn exemple of what I have in mind ;v;:

yep, thats basically what I would like ;v; if possible 
Also, if you can show me the progress witht he colors, I'm not sure if I put the right codes in them, but otherwise it should be the example's colors. ;v;
I would like some effect or texture added in the progress bar tho, it would be sweet.
